Beginning of Spring - Blooming imaan?

Alamak tengah dengar lecture @ thedeenshow.com, kejap nak fokus. =)

Alhamdulillah Spring season has started peacefully (except for the one I mentioned in previous entry). The flowers start blooming here and there, a lot of people going out jogging and have a nice walk next to Lake Michigan, and even me going to Millennium Park for the 3rd time this year haha~

Anyway, last Spring break, the weekend before school starts back. I went to Univ of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. A lot of people asked me, "What event do you have there?", "Is there a conference or a program there?", etc.... But as a dear sister said, " We don't need a reason to visit our own sisters, do we?" ;)

It's just a short break for me to go out of Chicago for a while. And of course not just resting without gain anything. Don't waste your money for a trip without any beneficial outcome!

The best things were of course spending time with the sisters. I felt it sooo long not hanging out with them, and in fact I never came to UIUC before. That was the first. We went to BBQ, eating the tastiest currypuff ever, went to Cocomero for frozen yogurt, and Jarlings the great ice cream. And watching a nice movie while Aiman being the chef of Sushi. =)

As what I'd like to say, it's never to just have a tamrin to go somewhere. Well, it's great if we have it there, but it never happens all the time. Tightening the ukhuwwah with long lost sisters are important too for us. Kan kan?

I've been canceling lots of trips, and well, most of them are for just having fun. NOW you know why they have been canceled, set your niyyah right even it's just a visit to a friend's house and not going for ONLY fun.

And finally I got refreshed after spending time with rakan sehati sejiwa.

Bunga sudah berkembang, duhai iman berbungalah jua di taman hati2 kami~
